Four finalists vying for the position of UTPD Chief of Police have been selected from an applicant pool of 75. They will hold a series of two-hour sessions with the public throughout April.
How should the UT Austin Police Department respond to protestors? How would each of these potential UT Police Chiefs respond? Should protestors face criminal prosecution?? If you’re on the campus, go ask!

The committee has narrowed a field of more than 75 applicants to four finalists. These public forums are designed to introduce the final candidates to our university community where they will be available to answer questions and make comment regarding the future of the department.
These meetings are free and open to the public. They may also be viewed via live stream.
