Opening to Other Worlds, Other Lives

Presentation by  Katya Walter, PhD

Katya Walter, PhD, will talk about past life regression, the coming age of psychic expansion, accessing universal mind to astral travel in time as well as space beings Katya has encountered in these travels, and learning to access secrets of nature through communication with universal mind. This is an exploratory talk ranging into the last frontier, consciousness itself.

About the Author

Katya Walter has a Ph.D. with an interdisciplinary emphasis from the University of Texas at Austin. She spent 5 years of post-doctoral study at the Jung Institute of Zurich, and a year of post-study in China. Dr. Walter taught in colleges and universities in the USA and abroad for sixteen years before focusing on writing and lecturing. She has published in the areas of cosmology, chaos theory, social criticism, and poetry. She has given numerous workshops on the I Ching, Chaos Theory, Synchronicity, and Dreams in the United States and Europe. Dr. Walter is author of the Touching God’s TOE series of books. She also authored an accompanying handbook called “Dream Mail” – designed for contemplating the deeper structure of dreams. It discusses the fractal messages that are carried in the symbolism of dreams and how to interpret dreams for daily life.

During 2011, INACS awarded several deserving projects with Quick-Start Grants,  including two grants for Katya Walter to publish her “Double Bubble Universe” TOE trilogy in both book and e-book format (now available on Amazon.com and iBooks).

“Sgt. Shamar Thomas USMC Veteran. I took an Oath that I live by.I am NOT anti-NYPD. I am anti- Police Brutality. I am no longer under contract with the USMC so I do NOT have to follow military uniform regulations. I DON’T affiliate myself with ANY GROUPS or POLITICAL ORG. I affiliate myself with the AMERICAN PEOPLE that’s it. I REFUSE to affiliate with anything that SEPERATES. There is an obvious problem in the country and PEACEFUL PEOPLE should be allowed to PROTEST without Brutality. I was involved in a RIOT in Rutbah, Iraq 2004 and we did NOT treat the Iraqi citizens like they are treating the unarmed civilians in our OWN Country. No one was brutalized because our mission was to “WIN the hearts and minds”, why should I expect anything less in my OWN Country.”

Community Members block auctions in Brooklyn court; 9 activists arrested.
Date: October 13, 2011

“Calling on the judicial system to institute an immediate moratorium on all foreclosures until a fair system of home loans is put into place, a group of New York City housing justice advocates disrupted the auction of several foreclosed Brooklyn properties in Civil Court on Thursday afternoon through music and song. The group, called Organizing for Occupation (O4O), was protesting what it views as a system designed to benefit financial lending institutions at the expense of homeowners and low-income communities. Although the New York judiciary instituted mandatory pre-foreclosure settlement conferences in 2009, O4O claims that these conferences do nothing to protect the rights of homeowners to remain in their homes. “No lender, be it Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank or Chase, has any intention of settling by means other than a foreclosure auction or another predatory modification,” says Karen Gargamelli, a housing attorney and spokesperson for O4O. “These auctions displace our neighbors and destabilize our neighborhoods. We need a stronger system for dealing with foreclosures, one that holds banks accountable for making bad loans and then speculating on them as ‘securitized instruments’.” And until the Legislature passes more protective laws, O4O is calling on the courts to hold all foreclosure auctions, and encouraging New Yorkers to raise their own voices in the courts to stall these auctions through concerted direct action such as Thursday’s disruption.”

Date:  July 25, 2011

To: Austin Mayor, Lee Leffingwell and all Council Members

Subject: Recent Updates to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of Hexafluorosilicic Acid, Source of fluoride forAustin’s fluoridation -Fluoride warning on City of Austin Water Bills

From:  Free Austin and Texans for Accountable Government (TAG)

Recently, onMay 27, 2011, Mosaic Crop Nuturition, the chemical supplier of hexafluorosilicic acid (Austin’s source of fluoride for water fluoridation) made an update to the Hazard Identification Section of the Material Safety Data Sheet.   See the highlighted section of the MSDS Attachment.

The MSDS updates include the health warning:

“Prolonged or repeated overexposure to fluoride compounds may cause fluorosis. Fluorosis is characterized by skeletal changes, consisting of osteosclerosis (hardening or abnormal density of bone) and osteomalacia (softening of bones) and by mottled discoloration of the enamel of teeth (if exposure occurs during enamel formation). Symptoms may include bone and joint pain and limited range of motion. Conditions aggravated by exposure may include skin and respiratory (asthma-like) disorders.”

Given the recent health warning issued to customers of this chemical, Fluoride Free Austin and Texans for Accountable Government, formally demand that the Austin City Council place a fluoride warning (similar to and consistent with the Hazard Section of Mosaic’s MSDS sheet) informing the City of Austin’s end users by documenting it on their municipal water bills.  The warning language we are demanding and the relevant references are noted below:

Fluoride Warning:

“In January of 2011 the CDC lowered the maximum level of fluoride allowed in tap water from 1.2 ppm to 0.7 ppm.1  Austin currently fluoridates at 0.7 ppm.2   Prolonged or repeated overexposure to fluoride compounds may cause fluorosis.3  Fluorosis is characterized by skeletal changes, consisting of osteosclerosis and osteomalacia and by mottled discoloration of the enamel of teeth if exposure occurs during enamel formation of children and infants.3

If you are concerned about fluorosis in infants in children, you can minimize exposure to fluoride by using non-fluoridated water, for children and for reconstitution of infant formula.2”

Please respond in writing byAugust 26, 2011to Fluoride Free Austin,P.O. Box 7362,Austin,Texas78713or Info@FluorideFreeAustin.com. Thank you your time and consideration.

BREAKING NEWS : The Resolution was restored to the LULAC website. Luis Vera, LULAC General Counsel, ATTY in San Antonio, said all LULAC rules were followed.

The LULAC Civil Rights Resolution OPPOSING FLuoridation had been removed at the request of the LULAC National Executive Director.

Clearly, Fluoridation is a public policy gone bad. The chemical used is Hydrofluosilicic Acid, the toxic waste byproduct of the phosphate fertilizer industry. It has contaminants, lead, cadmium, barium, and RADIUM linked to Osteosarcoma ! Why are we adding a drug to water which causes harm to infants, the elderly, and people with impaired immune systems. Infants under 6 months are susceptible to Dental Fluorosis if exposed to Fluoride in the water ! This is a Civil Rights Issue.

Mothers have never been warned and many cannot afford bottled water or expensive systems to remove Fluoride. Ask LULAC to restore the Resolution to the website today.

States struggle for financing to meet road needs – Forbes

In Texas, a committee recently declared the highway system inadequate and warned lawmakers that congestion would worsen without money for road improvements. Gov. Rick Perry’s plan for a toll road across the state was abandoned in the face of uproar from ranchers whose land would be seized to build it.

2012: The Long Hard Road Ahead – Huffington Post

Governor Perry repeatedly points out that Texas has added more jobs in the past two years than the rest of the country combined. While that may be true, it is also true that the unemployment rate in Texas just rose to 8.5 percent, the highest it has been in twenty-five years. When the governor first took office in December 2000, the state unemployment rate was 4.2 percent, the lowest rate since he began serving as governor. Moreover, Texas currently has a higher unemployment rate than any of its adjacent states.

Gov. Perry’s Proposed Road in Texas Had Few Friends and Could Still Take a … – New York Times

As originally proposed and backed by Perry, the state of Texas would have taken more than 500,000 acres of private land to build the 1,200-foot-wide toll road. The majority of those acres were agricultural lands and wildlife habitats, and many are part of the state’s Blackland Prairies, some of the richest farmland in the country.

To fund road projects, Texas has borrowed heavily, and its debt will be $17.3 billion by the end of 2012 for road repairs made since 2003 (Greenwire, Aug. 17).

And when Perry awarded the development rights to a Spanish company, Cintra, there were complaints that foreign interests were taking over American roads and that Perry was rewarding his cronies. A former legislative director of Perry’s, Dan Shelley, went to work for Cintra after leaving the governor’s office.

Rick Perry’s Former Staffers Made Millions As Lobbyists

During the same period, Sullivan worked as the chief lobbyist for UBS Securities, the Swiss financial services company that counts Perry’s political mentor, former Texas Sen. Phil Gramm, as a vice chairman. With Sullivan as its lobbyist, UBS made several plays at setting administration policy.
Beginning in 2003, the Perry administration pursued a policy presented by UBS to profit off life insurance polices for dead teachers. HuffPost previously reported on this scheme in August.
Beginning in 2003, Dallas billionaire Harold Simmons sought to expand his fortune through the company Waste Control Specialists. Simmons’ plan was to obtain permits from the government to operate a nuclear waste disposal site. Simmons was aided by Perry insiders Bashur and Johnson, both hired to lobby for Waste Control Specialists, and massive campaign contributions. Simmons is one of Perry’s biggest financial backers, having donated $1.12 million to Perry’s gubernatorial campaigns and another $700,000 to the Republican Governors Association during Perry’s two stints as chairman of the group.
After the legislature approved Simmons’ bill, the permits required approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, a three-member board appointed by Perry. Despite a review by Texas Water Board geologists and engineers determining that the permit should not be approved, the commission voted 2-1 to support it.
Another permit sought by Simmons moved forward earlier this year. The Texas House approved a bill that would subsidize the importation of out-of-state nuclear waste to a new dump site by waiving regulatory fees for importation for Simmons’ company.
Simmons’ nuclear waste dump was the only successful mega-project pushed by Perry’s lobbyist pals. Yet no one has reaped more financial benefit from his Perry ties than Toomey — the lobbyist at the center of the HPV vaccine scandal.

Indra Implements Toll Management Systems on Three Highways … – (press release)

Indra, the premier IT company in Spain and a leading IT multinational in Europe, was awarded a contract with Tex Toll Services a subsidiary of Cintra in USA which is in turn a branch of Ferrovial. The contract includes the implementation of the electronic toll collection back office systems on the SH-130 (Austin) and on the LBJ Express and North Tarrant Express highways (Dallas) for Euros 10.6 M. It reinforces Indra’s position in the transport and traffic segment in USA where the company has already implemented its toll collection solutions as well as its ticketing technology for several projects.

Besides the development, implementation and maintenance of the electronic toll systems back office on three highways it also includes the setup of two high-availability data processing centers, one in Austin and the other in Dallas. This innovative solution possesses a multi concession feature specifically designed to meet Ferrovial’s needs in USA. The feature will help reduce a significant amount of expenses as it allows management and integrated operation of the toll collection of the three highways.
